This is the first post of the year and I wanna talk about a behaviour that makes difference for me in the last year. It was a good year, but the most important thing I've learned was to be more patient, especially in personal life.

This behaviour reflects in the professional life too. For me in the both moments, be more patient, is the one of the most important behaviour you need focus to have success with your daily routine. Break problems down into smaller parts, this point really makes difference for me, specially in my daily tasks solving problems.

I want to be clear and said for you that this behaviour help me a lot.
